Ingredients for Masala puri Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons Oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Carom seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oil

Directions: Masala Puri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take flour in bowl.
  • STEP 2.Add salt red chilli powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds or 1 tablespoons oil in it mix well.
  • STEP 3.Add water as required.
  • STEP 4.Knead a semi soft dough.
  • STEP 5.Add 1 teaspoon oil and knead well.
  • STEP 6.Make small balls for puri.
  • STEP 7.Give it small round shape for puri.
  • STEP 8.Fry in medium hot oil.
