Ingredients for Masala Puri Recipe

  • 0.33 Cups wheat flour
  • 0.67 Tsp n oil
  • 0.08 Tsp Carrom seeds
  • 0.33 Tsp n Red chillies powder
  • 0.17 Tsp n turmeric powder
  • 0.17 Tsp n coriander powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • A Pinch Pinch asafoetida
  • As Required Oil for frying

Directions: Masala Puri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a large bowl n adding flour in it n adding all spices n salt to taste..
  • STEP 2.Added oil n make semi soft dough..
  • STEP 3.Take a small portion from it n rolling Puri from it..
  • STEP 4.Roll all Puri n put it for rest sometimes..
  • STEP 5.Heat oil n frying all puri in medium flame..
  • STEP 6.Ready n Store it in air tiet containers..
