  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash the poha (flattened rice flakes) in water and drain well.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, green chilies, and sauté until onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 5.Add the soaked poha and mix well. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
