Ingredients for Masala Paratha Recipe

  • 1/4 cup wheat aata
  • 1 Tbsp besan (gram flour)
  • 1/4 Tbsp deshi ghee for moyan
  • 0.13 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Dry coriander powder
  • 1/4 A Pinch Hing
  • 0.13 Tsp Whole cumin seeds
  • 1/4 Tbsp green chilli and ginger paste
  • 1/4 Tbsp Chopped green coriander leaves
  • 1/4 Tbsp Kasoori methi dried fenugreek leaves
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1.25 Tbsp Desi ghee for frying Parathas

Directions: Masala Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a big bowl add all the  ingredients of paratha, mix well and kneed it soft daugh, after that cover it and keep a side for 20 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Now roll the Paranthas with the rolling pin and fry them both the sides with Desi ghee till turn it golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Once the parathe is ready serve it with mango and red chilli pickle or as you like.
