  • 1/2 Medium Tomato

  • 2.50 gram Red chili powder or 1 to 2 green chilies
  • 1.50 gram Roasted cumin powder
  • 1.50 gram Chaat masala or amchur powder
  • 1/2-1 gram Salt as required
  • 30 milliliter Oil for shallow frying if frying the papad instead of pan roasting
