This herbed paneer i tried a few years back in town Ambala. They make very delicious and different kind of flavors with paneer.  it is home made and easy to make receipe. It can be served as appetizer or add in curry to add more flavors, can be stir fried or add in your favorite salad. Try this mouthwatering paneer recipe. Let's go through ingredients.

Ingredients for Masala paneer( spiced/cottage/herbed paneer) Recipe

  • As Required Ingredients
  • 1/4 Litre Whole milk
  • 1/4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Cumin powder
  • 0.13 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.13 tsp Chaat masala
  • as required Cilantro

Directions: Masala Paneer( Spiced/cottage/herbed Paneer) Recipe

  • STEP 1.Directions
  • STEP 2.Add milk in heavy bottom pan and bring it to boil on medium heat.
  • STEP 3.Once it starts to boil add all spices and cilantro.
  • STEP 4.Add lemon juice and stir. Milk will curdle and whey will start separating from paneer.
  • STEP 5.Switch off the gas take a muslin cloth and place colander and a bowl underneath.
  • STEP 6.Now strain and collect the muslin cloth from edges.
  • STEP 7.Squeeze excess water from paneer.
  • STEP 8.Place some heavy weight on top to ensure all moisture is squeezed out.
  • STEP 9.Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting.
  • STEP 10.Tip:
  • STEP 11.Use Whole Milk for Best results.
  • STEP 12.Add more lemon if needed.
  • STEP 13.Add spices of your choices
