STEP 1.Stir fry finely chopped onion ,capsicum,tomato,and boiled peas in a non stick pan in 2 tbsp oil for 2 minutes
STEP 2.On a tawa add bhaaji of paav bhaaji to it add water 1/2 cup and make it thin
STEP 3.To this add above stir fried veggies and coriander ,keep aside this mixture on same tawa to simmer on low flame ,on other side of tawa add butter and saute bread from both sides sprinkle a pinch salt on bread
Now on same tawa
STEP 4.Now coat this bread with paav bhaji mixture properly and fill the mixture inside bread too then grate it with paneer
STEP 5.Keep it on tawa on law flame for 2 minutes ,let paneer melt,sprinkle some garam masala on it and lemon juice
STEP 6.Serve hot
