  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, salt, and oil. Knead into a soft dough.
  • STEP 2.In a separate bowl, mix mashed potatoes, onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, and spices.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a small circle.
  • STEP 4.Place a spoonful of the potato mixture in the center of the circle and fold the edges to seal.
