Ingredients for Masala makhana Recipe

  • 1 cups Makhana
  • 1 g hee (or veg oil)
  • 0.33 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.17 tsp Chilli powder
  • 0.67 tsp About or as per taste Chaat Masala powder
  • 0.33 tsp Rock Black salt
  • as required Few leaves Curry

Directions: Masala Makhana Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a deelkadai, add Makhana and roast it for 8-10 minutes till they are crisp and crunchy. Add in curry leaves and saute for a few minute then add in rest of the ingredients except the Chaat masala
  • STEP 2.Now keep stirring nd mix it Put off the flame, bring it off the stove. Add required Chaat Masala and mix well. Serve warm or once cool down ...keep it in an airtight container to relish afterwards.
