STEP 1.Heat the ghee in a pressure cooker and add the cinnamon and cloves and ginger garlic paste and saute for a medium flame for 30 seconds.
STEP 2.Add onion and saute tiil light brown colour.
STEP 3.Add tomato, fresh toovar and saute for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 4.Add rice and dal mixture and saute on a medium flame for 2 more minutes.
STEP 5.Add remaining masala and mix well.
STEP 6.Add approximate 3 cups of water and mix gently .
STEP 7.Once the mixture comes to boil close the lid and cook it on low flame for three whistles.
STEP 8.Serve with a topping of ghee and serve with curd.
STEP 9.Garnish with coriander leaves.
