Ingredients for Masala egg open sandwich Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Boiled eggs
  • 1 Pieces Onion
  • 1 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 Tsp inger garlic paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • Sprigs Coriander leaves
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 Pieces Toasted bread

How to Make Masala Egg Open Sandwich Recipe

STEP 01

🥚 In a oil, add cumin seeds, onion and saute well till onion gets translucent.

STEP 02

🥚Add ginger garlic paste cook for a while. Add tomato and cook until they become soft.

STEP 03

🥚 Add red chilli powder and mix. Add chopped egg, salt, coriander leaves and give it a good mix.

STEP 04

🥚Add the mixture on toasted bread and enjoy. You can also use cheese on bread for extra yumminess.
