Ingredients for Masala chai Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 g Piece ginger
  • as required Basil
  • 1 Pieces Cloves
  • 1 Pieces Black pepper
  • to taste Sugar

Directions: Masala Chai Recipe

  • STEP 1.First put water in a tea pot and boil it.
  • STEP 2.Now put grated ginger, crushed cloves and black pepper, basil leaves in boiling water and boil it.
  • STEP 3.Then add sugar and tea leaves and bring it to boil.
  • STEP 4.Now add milk and boil it for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Then turn off the gas and filter the tea in a cup and serve it hot.
