  • STEP 2.Blend the mixture until smooth and frothy.
  • STEP 3.Pour the spicy buttermilk into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cumin powder and a few more coriander leaves.
  • STEP 4.Serve chilled and enjoy as a refreshing drink or as a side with spicy meals.

Cooking Tips

  • If you don't have buttermilk, you can make it by adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup of milk and letting it sit for 5 minutes.
