  • 1/2 large Onions or 4 medium sized Onions
  • tablespoon Four Oil
  • piece Ginger a small
  • As required Tamarind pulp or paste
  • As required Salt
  • 0.13 spoon Turmeric
  • As required For Roasting and grinding
  • 1.25 Red Chillies
  • 1/4 tablespoon Sesame seeds and a 1/2
  • 1/4 tablespoon Poppy seeds
  • 1/4 cup Fried groundnuts
  • 1/4 cup Dry grated coconut
  • 3/4-1 Cloves
  • As required Cinnamon a small strip
  • As required Roast the above for a few minutes in a pan and grind into a powder and keep aside
