  • 0.33 Cups Curd
  • 0.33 Tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 0.33 Tsp Dry ginger powder
  • 0.17 Tsp Green chillies
  • A Few Mustard
  • A Pinch Salt
  • A Few jeera

Directions: Masala Buttermilk Recipe

  • STEP 1.First whisk the curd with whisker to make it smooth.
  • STEP 2.Add required quantity of water
  • STEP 3.Add tempering of mustard, jeera, green chillies
  • STEP 4.Add chopped coriander leaves, dry ginger powder & salt
  • STEP 5.Mix everything well
  • STEP 6.Adjust the taste
  • STEP 7.Pour into glasses & serve
