Ingredients for Masala bhindi Recipe

  • 0.17 kg Bhindi chopped
  • 0.67 g Fine chopped green chillies
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.33 tsp Chili powder
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.08 tsp Dry mango powder
  • 0.17 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.67 tbsp Oil
  • 0.67 Pieces Tomato
  • 0.33 Pieces reen Chilli

Directions: Masala Bhindi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly heat oil into a kadai and add cumin seeds ,green chilli,and saute.
  • STEP 2.Now add chopped tomatoes saute two minutes.
  • STEP 3.Futher add chopped bhindi and saute for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Now add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder cook without cover.
  • STEP 5.Add salt after completely cooked bhindi and add also dry mango powder mix it well.
  • STEP 6.Ready bhindi masala serve with chapati or paratha.
