Marinated and grilled paneer cubes, cooked in spicy, sweet and tangy gravy prepared from plums paneer is a versatile ingredient and can be added to any gravy/curry dishes be it sweet or spicy but this one is slightly different, as paneer is added to chunky plum gravy the gravy has a natural tanginess that comes from plums we have added sugar to balance the sour taste, but that is completely optional and depends on the taste of the plums this sabzi goes well with phulka rotis or lachcha parathas you can even team it up with steamed rice and a bowl of dal.
