How to Make Mantis Prawns In Spicy Drak Soy Sauce Recipe

Clean and wash prawns. Chop garlic, ginger and red chillies, shallots and add oil in a pan and heat it. Now coat mantis prawn with corn flour and fry them until golden brown. Take a clean pan, add sesame oil and heat it. Then ass garlic, ginger, dried chillies and saute it.

Now add shallots followed by soy sauce,vinegar,dark sauce and water. Add some shaoxing wine then add some sugar, salt as per taste. Cook the gravy at low heat for 2 minutes then add scallions and cook soft. Add water and corn flour mixture into gravy. Add fried prawns and mix well into gravy.
