Ingredients for Manti Recipe

  • 250 gram Beef
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
  • As required Ingredients for yogurt sauce
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • As required Ingredients for butter sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried mint
  • As required For boiling Manti
  • 4-5 cup Water
  • 1 Mint spring

Directions: Manti Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix flour, egg and salt during a bowl.
  • STEP 2.Add water step by step, combine well and knead a tricky dough.
  • STEP 3.Make a ball from it, roll it out very little thick, cut it into strips and so create tiny squares out of it.
  • STEP 4.Take beef mince, add onion, black pepper, red chili flakes, salt, parsley and knead till well combined.
  • STEP 5.Fill it in squares and seal them from corners.
  • STEP 6.Confirm your dough doesn’t get dry before filling.
  • STEP 7.Boil water during a steamer, add salt and mint leaves in it and steam manti for forty minutes on low flame.
  • STEP 8.Melt butter during a pan, add oil, dry mint, red chilies and stir.
  • STEP 9.Take it off the flame when twenty seconds alternatively it
  • STEP 10.Ll burn.
  • STEP 11.In a bowl combine food, garlic and salt.
  • STEP 12.Mix well and your food sauce is prepared.
  • STEP 13.Shift manti during a serving plate, pour some food and butter sauce dried mint on prime and serve.
