  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add the mutton chops to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • STEP 3.Heat a grill or stovetop pan and cook the marinated chops for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and tender.
  • STEP 4.Serve the Mansa Chops hot with rice or naan bread, and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
