Ingredients for Mannish Water Recipe

  • 1.50 pound goat head
  • 1/4 pound ram goat legs, burnt
  • 1/4 pound ram goat tripe
  • 3 lime or lemons
  • As required Vinegar
  • 4-5 cup Water
  • 4 clove garlic, crushed
  • 5 whole pimento berries
  • 1 pound yellow yam
  • 1 coco
  • 1 cho cho
  • 2 arge carrots
  • 1/2 pound Irish potato
  • 2-3 large green bananas
  • 1 Ram goat Soup Flavour packet
  • 1 Caribbean Chicken Soup Flavour Packet
  • As required Salt
  • 4 sprig fresh thyme
  • 3-4 stalks escallion
  • 2 whole green scotch bonnet pepper
  • 1/4 cup white rum

Directions: Mannish Water Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut goat head and belly in tiny items then clean in a very mixture of grace vinegar and four cups of water.
  • STEP 1.Pour vi cups water in a very sterilizer, add four cloves crushed garlic, pimento berries and goat head and belly and pressure for twenty minutes.
  • STEP 1.Turn off flame and permit sterilizer to cool down.
  • STEP 2.Pour mixture into a quart pot, add four cups of water to the pot and permit to boil.
  • STEP 3.Add diced yam, carrots, cho cho, irish potatoes and inexperienced bananas.
  • STEP 4.Stir cowl and leave to cook.
  • STEP 5.Combine flour, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 cup water in a bowl and knead to create a sleek dough.
  • STEP 6.Leave dough to relax for quarter-hour.
  • STEP 7.Make tiny spinners from the dough then increase the pot, stir and canopy.
  • STEP 8.Add grace cock soup combine, grace caribbean traditions all purpose seasoning, thyme, crushed escallion and whole scotch bonnet pepper, grace hullo oleomargarine, grace caribbean traditions black pepper and one tsp salt.
  • STEP 9.Stir well and leave to simmer for quarter-hour.
  • STEP 10.Turn off the flame and blend within the rum.
