  • STEP 1.Peel and grate the raw mangoes.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and red chilies.
  • STEP 3.Add grated mangoes, turmeric powder, salt, and cook until the mangoes are soft.
  • STEP 4.Remove from heat and allow it to cool.
