Ingredients for Mango stuffed ice cream Recipe

  • 125 g Ml milk
  • 1/2 tablespoons Fresh milk cream
  • 1 tablespoons Milk powder
  • 1.25 teaspoons Sugar
  • 0.13 teaspoon Custard powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 1.25 Tsp cashew nuts
  • As Required For Ganishing Slicing of pistachios for garnish

Directions: Mango Stuffed Ice Cream Recipe

  • STEP 1.First, put the milk in a pan. Add sugar and boil till thickened.
  • STEP 2.After a while, take two three teaspoons of cold milk in a bowl, dissolve milk powder and add it to the milk. Add custard powder by dissolving it in milk. Stir and bring to boil. Milk will thicken due to milk powder. Add cardamom powder. When the cream turns, keep it in it. Also, add two teaspoons of homemade cream. Add cashew nut slices. Now let it cool.
  • STEP 3.Now take the mango and remove a small part of the mango from the top of the mouth and slowly remove the lump from the inside. Now put the frozen stuffing inside and put it in the freezer for seven to eight hours.
  • STEP 4.Now remove it from the freezer using a peel pillar.
  • STEP 5.Then cut and garnish with pistachio slices and Serve.
