  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste

  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash the mango stones thoroughly and remove any dirt or debris.
  • STEP 2.Boil the mango stones in a pot of water until they are tender. This will take about 15-20 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Once the stones are tender, remove them from the water and let them cool.
  • STEP 4.Peel off the outer skin of the stones and cut them into small pieces.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 6.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 7.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 8.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
  • STEP 9.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 10.Add the chopped mango stones and mix everything together.
  • STEP 11.Cover the pan and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • STEP 12.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
