Recipe By Jyoti Tomar

Guilt free treat for summer. Best recipe for the folks who avoids sugar and follow plant based diet. This icecream contains only fruits as sweetner and banana for thickness no extra sugar and cream added to this icecream thats how this is my way of beat the heat with mango smoothie popsicle.

Ingredients for Mango smoothie popsicle Recipe

  • 1/2 Pieces ripe mango dices
  • 1/4 Pieces Banana
  • 0.13 Cup coconut milk

Directions: Mango Smoothie Popsicle Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel the banana and mangoes and cut them into pieces. Place them in a container and put in the refrigerator for about 2 to 4 hours.
  • STEP 2.Take out from the fridge add coconut milk and give a blast in the blander and make a smoothie .
  • STEP 3.Put this smoothie in a popsicle mould and put again in the refrigerator for about 6 to 8 hours, if you don't have moulds you can use glasses and stick also, but don't miss the fun.
  • STEP 4.You can add other frozen fruits like berries , pineapple, papaya also.
  • STEP 5.Can add honey or artificial sweetener but i don't prefer to add any sweetner to it to make it suagr free.
  • STEP 6.You can add mango juice also as I don't preffer to use cause it contains lots of sugar.
