Ingredients for Mango Shrikhand Recipe

  • 1 cup fresh mango pulp
  • 3 cup hung yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 pinch green cardamom powder
  • 3 tablespoon chopped nuts

Directions: Mango Shrikhand Recipe

  • STEP 1.Place the yogurt in a bowl. Add sifted powdered sugar,  green cardamom powder half the nuts and mango pulp and mix well with the help of a whisk.
  • STEP 2.Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Transfer in earthenware bowls and serve chilled garnished with remaining nuts.
