  • 1/5 spoon barik rawa roasted in twodesi ghee
  • As required one tbs chironji
  • As required One cup water + milk + sugar kept to boil
  • As required small cup mix of rasins and cahsew nuts
  • As required two cloves. small cup diced mango pieces
  • 0.40 cup smallghee green cardamom pods powdered

Directions: Mango Sheera For Birthday Celebrations Recipe

  • STEP 1.Keep water milkand sugar to boil. Melt ghee in kadai. Add the cardamom powders chironji, rasins and cashew nuts. add the 2 cloves. add the roasted rawa and mix well. add the water milk and sugar and the mango pieces mix well till entire stuff moves in single mass. cover and cook till ghee comes on sides.
