  • 0.67 Cups Ripe mango pulp
  • 0.67 Pieces Lemon juice
  • 0.33 Cup Sugar

  • STEP 1.Boil the milk,curdle it using juice of lemon,drain the whey and collect the chhena,wash the chhena under cold running water thoroughly.Hang it or keep aside for 2 hours,Knead the chhena with the heal of your palm 10 - 15 minutes until it become soft and smooth then add the mango pulp and mix them very well,heat a pan and put the chhena add sugar and cook it low heat.When it will become dough like. Take it off immediately from the heat and transfer the bowl.Then giving a mango shape and serve it at room temperature.
