How to Make Mango Salad Recipe

Start by roasting the peanuts at a low-medium flame in the pan. Keep tossing the pan so that peanuts are roasted from all sides.

After roasting, cut, or crush the peanuts.

To prepare the salad dressing remove the skin of the garlic cloves and slice them. Also, slice the red chili; one full lime juice, 1 tbsp palm sugar, 2 tbsp fish sauce, and add them into a blender, make a fine paste and take the mixture out in a bowl.

Remove the skin of the mango and slice them thinly. Roughly cut the mint/basil leaves

in a mixing bowl add the sliced green mango followed by the dressing and mix them well. Add the crushed peanuts and give it a nice mix and then finally garnish your salad with freshly chopped mint leaves.
