Ingredients for Mango Salad Recipe

  • As required Unripe mango/ green mango
  • As required Blanched peanuts
  • As required Thai red chili
  • As required Lime
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • As required Fish sauce
  • A Handful Mint/Basil
  • As required Brown sugar

Directions: Mango Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.Start by roasting the peanuts at a low-medium flame in the pan. Keep tossing the pan so that peanuts are roasted from all sides.
  • STEP 2.After roasting, cut, or crush the peanuts.
  • STEP 3.To prepare the salad dressing remove the skin of the garlic cloves and slice them. Also, slice the red chili; one full lime juice, 1 tbsp palm sugar, 2 tbsp fish sauce, and add them into a blender, make a fine paste and take the mixture out in a bowl.
  • STEP 4.Remove the skin of the mango and slice them thinly. Roughly cut the mint/basil leaves
  • STEP 5.in a mixing bowl add the sliced green mango followed by the dressing and mix them well. Add the crushed peanuts and give it a nice mix and then finally garnish your salad with freshly chopped mint leaves.
