Ingredients for Mango Peda Recipe

  • 0.67 No.s Riped mangoes
  • 0.33 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 0.33 tablespoon Saffron
  • 0.67 tablespoon Ghee
  • 0.33 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 0.17 cup Milk powder
  • As required Pistachios A few

Directions: Mango Peda Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a glass, add 3 tablespoon of milk and 1 tablespoon of saffron. Mix well and let it soak.
  • STEP 2.Take 2 riped mangoes in a blender jar,  add 1 cup of sugar and blend it to make a puree.
  • STEP 3.Take this puree in a heated pan,  cook at medium for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Now add the saffron milk after it thickens, add half a cup of milk powder.
  • STEP 5.Mix well.  cook at medium flame until it forms a dough.
  • STEP 6.Now add a spoon of ghee / clarified butter.
  • STEP 1.Cook till it makes a loose dough.
  • STEP 7.Now add some powder cardamom. Transfer it in a plate.
  • STEP 8.Let it cool for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 1.Cut the mixture into small parts, using a spoon and take a part and roll it using your hands.
  • STEP 1.Garnish with pistachio and saffron .
