Ingredients for Mango Payasam Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Mango puree
  • 1/4 litre Full fat milk
  • 1/4 cup Broken vermicelli
  • 1/4 tbsp chopped almonda and pistachios mix
  • 0.13 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Cardamom
  • 1/2 tbsp Ghee

Directions: Mango Payasam Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take one heavy bottom pan add ghee. Add vermicelli and roast till golden brown. Do not over roast.
  • STEP 2.Add milk and bring it to boil.Now simmer on lower flame until vermicelli gets completely cooked,Then add sugar and crushed cardamoms and stir it until sugar dissolves.
  • STEP 3.Then turn off the flame and let the kheer get completely cooled.
  • STEP 4.Then add mango purée to it and mix it well, Add all the dry fruits and put it into freeze for two hrs.Serve it delicious dessert chilled.
