Ingredients for Mango Panzanella salad Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Mango
  • 0.13 Cup thin sliced onion
  • 0.13 Cup chopped tomato
  • 0.13 Cup spinach
  • 1 Pieces slices bread
  • 1 Tbsp oilve oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 1/2 Tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 Pieces cloves garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp mustard sauce
  • 2.50 Pieces Basil leaves

Directions: Mango Panzanella Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 425ºF and spread the cubes of bread on a baking sheet. Drizzle the bread with olive oil and sprinkle with salt; toss to combine. Place the bread in the oven and bake until the edges are brown, about 10 to 12 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  • STEP 2.In a large serving bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, mustard sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • STEP 3.Add tomato, mango, onion, spinach and tossed bread cubes.
  • STEP 4.Add dressing to the salad and tossed with the help of fork.
  • STEP 5.Lastly, stir in the mozzarella or burrata cheese or soft cheese, and add additional basil, if desired.
