#Mango Mango Mousse, this mango based eggless dessert is extremely easy to make at home within few minutes and also requires few ingredients. It has a creamy yet little firm texture and this recipe doesn't use gelatin or agar agar as the setting agent. And when you take a bite of this dessert,you will have another flavour which well complements the mango.

Ingredients for Mango Mousse with a hidden ingredient Recipe

  • 1/4 cup fresh ripe Mango pulp
  • 0.13 cup Whipping cream
  • 0.06 cup Coconut Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons Sugar powder
  • 1/4 A Pinch Salt
  • As Required For Ganishing Pistachio powder to garnish
  • As Required For Ganishing coconut flakes to garnish
  • As Required For Ganishing Dry rose patels to garnish

Directions: Mango Mousse With A Hidden Ingredient Recipe

  • STEP 1.Whip cream with a food processor unti stiff pick forms.

  • STEP 2.Add in sugar powder in between whipping process.
  • STEP 3.Slowly fold mango pulp to the whipped cream.

  • STEP 4.Also add in coconut powder and fold.

  • STEP 5.Avoid over mixing.

  • STEP 6.Take a dome shaped mould or small bowls.
  • STEP 7.Fill the moulds or bowls with the prepared mixture.
  • STEP 8.Keep in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 9.At the time of servings, take out mousse from the refrigerator.

  • STEP 10.Demould to serving plate, garnish with coconut flakes, pistachio powder and rose patels.
