Modak is basically maharashtrian dish specially made during ganpati pooja. Now modak is famous all over india.
STEP 2.Take a kadai add ghee add mango pulp and cook a little now add mawa and sugar mix well.
Add dryfruits and elIachi powder and cook until get dry the mixture.
Take it out and let it cool. Now take a modak mould and Greece it. Fill the mixture and demould all the modak.
