  • 0.13 cup Condensed Milk

  • STEP 1.Soak the matki overnight and cook until tender.
  • STEP 2.Blend the cooked matki with ripe mangoes to make a smooth puree.
  • STEP 3.In a saucepan, heat milk and condensed milk until it thickens.
  • STEP 4.Add the mango-matki puree to the milk mixture and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or small cups and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 6.Once frozen, remove the kulfi from the molds by dipping them in warm water for a few seconds.
  • STEP 7.Serve the Mango Matki Kulfi chilled and garnish with chopped mangoes or nuts.
