These pedas are very quick to make and tastes yummilicious!!! Perfect for Navratri prasad. You can garnish them with dry fruits but and my home they prefer them to be plain!
STEP 1.In a nonstick pan take ghee and mango pulp, mix well and heat it! When the mixture becomes slightly warm add the milk powder.
STEP 2.When the mixture mixes well add the saffron strands with water and mix well.
STEP 3.When the mixture becomes uniform add the sugar to the pan and mix it. Continue to cook till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
STEP 4.Transfer it onto a parchment paper and roll it to desired thicknesses. Let it cool and stay as it is for an hour and then cut it into desired shape.
STEP 5.Your yummy peda are ready to serve!
