  • 0.06 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 1/4 Ripe Mangoes, Peeled And Chopped

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat milk and bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 2.Simmer the milk on low heat until it reduces to half its original quantity.
  • STEP 3.Add sugar, cardamom powder, and chopped mangoes to the reduced milk.
  • STEP 4.Cook for a few more minutes until the mixture thickens.
  • STEP 5.Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
  • STEP 6.Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or small cups.
  • STEP 7.Cover with aluminum foil and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 8.To serve, dip the molds in warm water for a few seconds to loosen the kulfi.
  • STEP 9.Gently remove the kulfi from the molds and serve chilled.
