Ingredients for Mango lounji Recipe

  • 125 g green mangoes cleaned and cut into
  • 1/4 Tbsp one tbsp panchphoran
  • to taste Salt
  • To Taste Desi Khand
  • To Taste Red chili powder as per taste
  • To Taste Kashmiri red chilli as per taste
  • 1/4 tablespoon one tablespoon peanut oil

Directions: Mango Lounji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and crackle the panchphoran and add chopped mangoes and fry them.
  • STEP 2.Now add all the ingredients and cook till mango becomes soft
  • STEP 3.let cool and serve
  • STEP 4.Delicious Mango Launji is ready
