  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • STEP 2.In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  • STEP 3.Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool completely.
  • STEP 4.In a blender, combine the mango pulp, yogurt, condensed milk, and cardamom powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • STEP 5.Pour the mango lassi filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
