  • As required Mango kheera
  • As required Ingredients :-
  • 1/5 cup Mango pulp
  • 1/10 nos let's milk
  • 0.15 cup Vermicelli
  • 1/5 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.15 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1.20 tbsp Sugar
  • As required Almond and pistachio falkes
  • As required Mango pieces for garnish.

  • STEP 4.- Heat some ghee and then roast the vermicelli and once color change add milk to it and let it boil
  • STEP 5.- Add sugar and turn off the flame and add cardamom powder & add mango pulp.
  • STEP 6.- Refrigerate the kheer and serve in blow and garnish it with almond flakes, pistachio flakes & mango pieces.
