STEP 1.Roast suji on a slow flame 3-4min or till release fregrance. Take out in a plate.
STEP 2.Now in a pan Take 1.5cup water add cardamom saffron strings and sugar bring it to boil. Now add mango pulp mix well. Now add suji and almond powder mix properly stir cont. Lastly add ghee stir well till texture looks halwa. Turn off flame.
STEP 3.Yummy delicious Mango kesari halwa is ready to serve. Serve hot or cold. Garnish with almond mango piece tulsi patta.
