Ingredients for Mango jelly Recipe

  • 50 gram Raw mango
  • 1/10 cup water
  • 1/20 cup Sugar
  • 0.03 cup Cardamom powder
  • 0.03 cup 1/4 Cup
  • 1/5 g pinch green food colour
  • 1/10 cup Desicated coconut powder

Directions: Mango Jelly Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the raw mangoes properly. Peel and cut it into pieces. Then put the pieces of raw mangoes in a mixer jar and grind them finely. Sieve the mixture in the pan.
  • STEP 2.Then add sugar, cardamom powder and salt as per your taste. Shake the solution until the sugar dissolves. Now take cornflour in a bowl and add water to it and make a good mixture.
  • STEP 3.Put the pan on the stove, and keep stirring the raw mango juice till the sugar melts. Now slowly add the cornflour mixture little by little in the raw mango solution and mix the slurry. And if you wish, you can also add green color to it. It does not make any difference in taste. cook the slurry for 10 minutes until it thickens, then turn off the gas stove.
  • STEP 4.Take a plate or bowl and lubricate it with oil. Then fill the slurry and leave it to cool. Now after 2 hours the jelly is set. So now cut this into small square pieces. Then keep them wrapped in desiccated coconut powder.
  • STEP 5.Your favorite sweet and sour raw mango jelly is ready.
