Ingredients for Mango Fudge Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Mango puree
  • 1/4 cup Wheat flour
  • 0.33 cup Jaggery
  • 0.33 A Pinch Salt pinch
  • 0.33 inch Black pepper
  • 0.83 tbsp Butter
  • 0.17 cup Mixed Roasted nuts
  • 1/2 Tbsp khus khus

Directions: Mango Fudge Recipe

  • STEP 1.Melt some butter and roast the wheat flour, when pleasant smell comes, left out and keep aside
  • STEP 2.Melt some butter in kadhai, add mango puree and jaggery and cook on low flame till start to stick
  • STEP 3.Now add roasted wheat flour and cook on low flame
  • STEP 4.Now add salt, pepper, roasted nuts and khus khus and mix well on low flame
  • STEP 5.Finally add remaining butter and mix well, transfer the mixture in already greased dish, cut in even slice and left to cool
