STEP 2.Put a pan gas with low flame. Add coconut powder and roast for 2 minutes, so that raw smell is eliminated. After 2 minutes it will become little darker in color. Turn off gas and take out in plate.
STEP 3.Peel off mango and cut into pieces. Grind them into mixer jar with sugar & corn flour.
STEP 4.Put a pan on gas with medium flame. Add ghee keep flame low. Add mango paste in it and mix well.Roast til it become thick and darks. Stir it continuously so the that it do not stick.when paste is thcker, add coconut powder and mix well.cook it till it from good consistency to tool laddoo. Add cardamom powder and mix well. When past is thicker them turn off gas. Take it out in plate and let it cool down.
STEP 5.After cool down, take small lump in hand and roll it to give shape of round laddoo. Garnish with coconut powder. Prepare all laddoos in same way.
