STEP 1.Cook mango pulp and evaporate excess juice, it turns thick.
STEP 2.Keep aside.
STEP 3.Mix custard powder in milk, mix well and keep aside.
STEP 4.At the same time, in another pan add milk + milk powder + sugar, mix very nicely and switch on flame and boil milk for 5-6 minutes under medium flame.
STEP 5.Now gradually add custard mix and continuously keep stirring to prevent lumps.
STEP 6.Cook under medium flame till arrival of bubbles and mixture starts thickening.
STEP 7.Mixture thickens, switch off flame and keep stirring while its cooling and then transfer to mixing bowl and allow to cool down completely.
STEP 8.Refrigerate for 4-5 hours or overnight.
STEP 9.Add chopped mango pieces, mix nicely and it is ready to serve.
STEP 10.Serve chilled and enjoy.
