Ingredients for Mango custard Recipe

  • 0.33 g medium sweet Mango
  • 1/2 cup Milk (pre boil)
  • 1/2 tbsp Milk powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Custard powder
  • 1/25 cup milk (for custard mix)
  • 1/2 tbsp 3-4 tbsp

Directions: Mango Custard Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cook mango pulp and evaporate excess juice, it turns thick.
  • STEP 2.Keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Mix custard powder in milk, mix well and keep aside.
  • STEP 4.At the same time, in another pan add milk + milk powder + sugar, mix very nicely and switch on flame and boil milk for 5-6 minutes under medium flame.
  • STEP 5.Now gradually add custard mix and continuously keep stirring to prevent lumps.
  • STEP 6.Cook under medium flame till arrival of bubbles and mixture starts thickening.
  • STEP 7.Mixture thickens, switch off flame and keep stirring while its cooling and then transfer to mixing bowl and allow to cool down completely.
  • STEP 8.Refrigerate for 4-5 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 9.Add chopped mango pieces, mix nicely and it is ready to serve.
  • STEP 10.Serve chilled and enjoy.
