  • 1/4 cup 1 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 0.33 tbsp Milk powder
  • 0.67 tbsp 4-5 tbsp
  • 0.08 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 drop 3-4 drop

Directions: Mango Cookies Recipe

  • STEP 1.All the ingredients which will be used must be on a room temperature. Every dry ingredients must be sieved. In a big bowl add the butter and beat it either with a electric hand beater or whisker. Now add powdered sugar to it and beat it till light fluffy and pale in colour. It will look like cream then add mango puree and mix it till well blended. Then add food colour and cardamom powder and mix again. Food colour is optional. You can even add mango essence in place of cardamom powder.
  • STEP 2.Now sieve all the dry ingredients and mix well. Mix it with cut and fold method scraping from sides and bottom making sure that every dry ingredient is well combined. Once mix well then you can see it's very soft. Now cover it and keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.After 30 minutes take it out it will be easier now to make the cookies. I'm making mini cookies you can make it of any size you desire. Now take a measuring spoon or ice cream scoop or any spoon to measure the cookie dough by this all the cookies will be of even size and will bake evenly. Scoop out the dough roll it between your palms then gently press it and then give it a round shape by placing it between your index finger and thumb. Like so make all the cookies.
  • STEP 4.Now for baking you can either bake it in the preheated oven at 180℃ for 12-15 minutes or bake it in the microwave on convection mode simply preheat it and then bake for 10-12 minutes on 180℃. You can even bake it in a kadhayi or any wok just put a layer of salt cover it with a lid and preheat it then put a stand on it and the the vessel of cookies and bake it on low flame for 20 minutes or until completely done. You can even bake it in the air fryer as I did.
  • STEP 5.Simply put the cookies in the air fryer and bake it at 180℃ for 10 minutes. Once done take them out and place them on a cooling rack and complete cool down them. Once get completely cool down store them in an airtight container and place them on a room temperature. It will be good for a month. These cookies are crispy outside and soft inside and are very delicious with the flavour of mango and elaichi or cardamon a melt in mouth cookies.
  • STEP 6.Take care of few things and you will always end up with the perfect cookies. Make sure each and every ingredients are on room temperature. Make them of even size and beat the butter and powdered sugar very well and to the point that it almost get doubled in size and become just like a cream.
  • STEP 7.Make it and enjoy it with your friends and family this summer.
  • STEP 8.Happy Baking😊
