Ingredients for MANGO CHEENA PAYESH Recipe

  • 1.25 Cup Milk
  • 50 Gms Cottage cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
  • As Required Saffron - few strands
  • 0.06 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp Crushed almonds

Directions: Mango Cheena Payesh Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
  • STEP 2.Once boiled keep it in a low flame.
  • STEP 3.Reduce milk in a half quantity.
  • STEP 4.Add sugar and saffron strands and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add cottage cheese / cheena and cardamom powder and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Keep in the fridge for an hour and now add mango puree and serve chilled.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with crushed almonds.
