  • STEP 1.In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat ghee and add mango puree. Cook on low heat until the puree thickens.
  • STEP 2.Add milk powder, sugar, and cardamom powder to the pan. Mix well until the mixture comes together.
  • STEP 3.Continue cooking on low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 4.Transfer the mixture to a greased tray and spread it evenly. Let it cool completely and then cut into desired shapes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
