  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 tablespoon Tamarind Pulp

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the mutton pieces with turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chopped onions. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated mutton pieces and cook until they are browned. Add the ground spice paste, tamarind pulp, and coconut milk. Pressure cook until the mutton is tender.

  • For a thicker gravy, you can add roasted and ground poppy seeds to the curry.
