  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 Green Chilies

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped mangoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 5.Cook the mangoes until they are soft and tender.
  • STEP 6.In a blender, grind coconut, cumin seeds, and green chilies into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 7.Add the coconut paste to the pan and mix well.
  • STEP 8.Add water and simmer the curry for a few minutes.
  • STEP 9.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or neer dosa.
